Amazon S3 Integration

This app will allow Amazon S3 buckets to be used as deep archive storage in Portal.

Prerequisites

This guide requires:

• An Amazon S3 account

• An Amazon S3 bucket created.

• The Portal server must have all Vidispine Storages mounted.

Configuring the integration

Go to the Amazon S3 configuration panel in the Admin -> Archive Framework section. These are the available options:

• S3 Access key - Username/ID to use for authentication when calling the Amazon S3 endpoint.

• S3 Secret key - Password/Key to use for authentication when calling the Amazon S3 endpoint.

• S3 Region - The Amazon S3 region in which the bucket is located.

• S3 Bucket - The Amazon S3 bucket in which to store archived material.
